Event Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in our Downtown Monroe events. All vendor applications are juried and reviewed by the Main Street Department, and Main Street reserves the right to approve or deny any application. Please note that direct sales vendors (such as Scentsy, etc.) are not permitted; all vendors must offer handcrafted products or prepared food. Food vendors must possess all required local and state food service licenses. All applications must be submitted through Eventeny; paper or in-person applications will not be accepted.

3/21 - Making Memories Car Show - Food vendor applications click HERE. At this time, we are not opening vendor opportunities outside of food, as the event is primarily automotive-focused. 

7/4 - Stars and Stripes Trail - America's 250th Birthday Celebration! Applications open 4/1/2026 

10/10 - Fall Fest - Applications open 6/1/2026 

11/7 - Misteltoe Market - Limited vendor opportunities. Applications open 9/1/2026 

Any vendor found selling without an approved permit will be required to leave the premises, and any future vendor applications for all events will be automatically denied.
